When you upgrade to BUSINESS plan, you will be provided with a company profile/channel, which can be listed against all applicable categories on our business directory. Your channel allows you to display documents uploaded by up to 3 employee accounts in one location fully categorised.

  9. Display company details including web address, company description and products
  10. Prospects can contact you direct without a middle man
  11. Access statistics on company profile and document views
  12. Filter documents by most recent, most popular, highest rated and most commented 
  13. Ability to control advertisements on your document pages (coming soon)
  14. Sales leads delivered directly (coming soon)

Payment Options

Two options are available for paying for your company profile on edocr.com, these being:

  1. Paypal
  2. Invoicing then direct bank transfer

If your company is already listed on edocr Business Directory, you can claim it any time. If not, please contact us to setup your company account.

Payment via paypal

If your company is already listed on edocr Business Directory, you can claim it at any time. If not, please contact us to setup your company account. Below is a step-by-step guide for claiming and managing your company profile. Please note that this process is based on use of paypal. Invoicing and direct bank transfer option is only available to annual subscribers.

  1. Login to edocr.com.
  2. Locate your company profile on edocr Business Directory.
  3. Click "Claim this Organisation"
  4. Select the subscription option.
  5. Agree to the additional terms and conditions, if any.
  6. Click on the Paypal button. If you do not have a paypal account, first you need to set a paypal account or just enter credit card details.
  7. Login to paypal to setup direct debit payment instruction.
  8. Return to edocr.com from Paypal and follow the instruction, which requests you to log out and log back in
  9. Visit "My Account" and make sure your status is set to "already subscribed"
  10. Visit the company account page and select Add Users
  11. Delete Lead Developer and add other employee accounts.
  12. If anyone has requested addition, either approve or reject their applications
  13. Check that the company profile now displays documents uploaded by all employee accounts.

Invoicing and payment via bank transfer

If your company is already listed on edocr Business Directory, you can claim it any time. If not, please contact us to setup your company account. If you do not wish to use paypal, please contact us. Typical process is as follows:

  1. If the company is not listed on the edocr Business Directory, we will create the profile first.
  2. If you do not have a user account on edocr.com, we will create a user account.
  3. We will log in as you and claim the company profile.
  4. Once completed, we will return the account to you and request you to change the password.
  5. Your account will automatically be upgraded to Administrator status.
  6. At no time, you should change the subscription options, unless of course you want to cancel the account.
  7. You are now free to edit the company profile to suit including adding and removing employees.
  8. You will be invoiced for 12 months and expect payment within 5 working days through bank transfer.
