Missing Email Verification

If you have not received the account verification email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, please log in to your account to request another verification email. Here is the step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select EDIT tab 
  3. Click on "re-send validation email" link under Account Settings. 
  4. If the email fails to arrive in your inbox within 10 mins, please let us know by filing a support ticket after checking the spam folder.

As soon as you validate your account, you should be able to start uploading documents, and interact with documents uploaded by other professionals and companies.
