When we conceived edocr.com way back in 2007, we knew one day we would need to build a version that allowed documents to be searched and read via mobile devices. Now is the time to engage with our growing community to understand their mobile needs. Time to influence us folks! Let us know what you would like to see in a mobile version. The main issues I have with my android phone is an inability to scroll through documents past the 1st page, everything else works fine
For iphone the Page app could be a good reference for your design, you can also check other document processing apps to "take ideas". For android you can take advantage of the physical buttons for functionality and use the whole screen for the document, there're also some apps you can check, like Kingsoft Office.
